What personal information do we collect from those that visit our website?
When you visit our website, some information about your computer hardware and software is automatically collected. This would include your IP address, device type, browser type, access time, referring website addresses, and which pages you visited. We typically use this information to gauge the volume of traffic coming to our site, which products you are interested in and have purchased, and in analyzing how our site and product offerings could be improved over time.
When do we collect information?
When you purchase items from our website, you will be asked to provide your email address at checkout. At this address, you will receive receipts and notifications about your purchases. For the sole purpose of having your purchases shipped to you, we will ask for your full name, address, and phone number. At checkout, we do not collect any payment information, as Paypal is used to facilitate purchases on our site. When you complete the included form on our Contact Us page, you will be asked for your name and email address. This will allow us to respond to your queries through email and address you in professional and proper manner.
Finally, when you are asked to register an apparel for sale on our site, you will also be asked for your name and contact information. This will allow us to engage you directly, and coordinate the hosting of your items for sale. Do visit our Seller's page for more information on this process.
How do we use your information?
We use the information we collect and review for the following purposes;

We currently do not allow purchases from persons within the European Union (EU) and will not collect any information for that purpose. If you are however, visiting our website from outside the United States, please be aware that you are sending information to the United States where our servers are located.

How do we protect your information?
Our website and the servers on which it resides, are scanned and patched on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to ensure that your as safe as possible. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, or submits, their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All financial transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Do we use 'cookies'?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to any outside party, your Personally Identifiable Information. We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website. As previously indicated however, your full name and address is shared with legally registered shipping agencies and couriers, for the sole purpose of ensuring that your products get to the location specified by you.

How do we treat with minors?

As such, our website is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We also do not specifically market to persons under the age of 18. How long do we keep your information?
We retain the PII from persons for a maximum period of five (5) years or for as long a time needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was initially collected, unless otherwise required by law. The information will also be used to comply with any legal obligations and resolve disputes within this period.
Do you have access to your information?
You do have the right to request access to the information we have for you. You can do this by contacting us. We will make sure to provide you with a copy of the data we processed. In order to comply with your request however, we will ask you to verify your identity. The request will be fulfilled electronically, unless otherwise specified. If you believe that the information we have is incorrect, or if you wish to remove or update your PII (such as an email address), you may contact us.
Any data that is no longer needed for the purposes specified herein will be deleted.
